Printing has always been regarded as an honorable profession. It has been a growing challenge with the passage of time. Early in 1966, Mr Jogesh Sarma Started SARAIGAHAT PRINTERS With hand composing and Letter Press Printing machines. From the very inception, he maintained the quality of printing as well as delivery time schedule. Thus SARAIGHAT PRINTERS known as quality printers in the field of printing.

He involved his family members in the printing world and thus Saraighat Group of Printers grew up in Guwahati.

In 1975 he established another unit with Sheet-fed offset machines at Bamunimaidam , Guwahati under the name and style of Saraighat Offset Press and his brother Mr. Nripendra Sarma took over the management of this sheet fed unit which is also known for Quality offset printing in North-East India.

Lastly in 1988, Jogesh Sarma entered the field of web offset printing with the latest technology under the name and style of Saraighat Photo Types (P) Ltd.

This unit is fully equipped with different Cutoff size 4Hi Web offset printing machines with latest technology and CTP Scanning Process and has a modern Binding section with latest technology under one roof.
Now, Saraighat Photo Types (P) Ltd has become famous for web offset printing for quality colour books, posters and different types of 4-colour printing jobs in Assam and North-East India.

We are not only maintaining the quality of printing and binding, but also very strict in maintaining the time schedule for urgent delivery.

Currently, we have two units, one at our registered office in Industrial Estate, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati, 780121 and the second unit at Narengi Chandrapur Road, Hatisila, Panikhaiti, Guwahati.
